I was informed over the weekend that my alternate secretary, Naterena C., had to resign for personal reasons. I want to thank her for the work that she helped me with while she was my alternate.
If you would like to be of service to OIAA and our Fellowship, please send me an email to volunteer as our alternate Secretary.
As the alternate Secretary, you will:
- Attend Board meetings with me
- Help prepare some of the minutes from Board meetings and Assemblies
- Work with me to maintain vital information like our Board Book and
legal documents
- Assist in the filing of our Annual report with the State of New Jersey
I will provide you with the necessary training for the position and walk you through how we serve as the Secretary for this organization we all love.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be of service.
